Inspiration needed!

When I dont scrap for a while, I tend to lose my inspiration/get lost for ideas.

So Ive been over at 2 Peas checking out the galleries. Wow, there really is some talent over there, I never get tired of looking around.

Anyway, this little beauty caught my eye. What I loved about this book, was all the layering, inking and the tags, all very effective.

Iggydodie (have no idea what the ladys real name is) is very talented and Im loving her work.

So I thought to get me back into the swing of things, Id scraplift her book using Blue Awning papers that Id bought from Papermaze a while back.

I stamped the flower image on to one of the papers and I then cut them out, sticking them down with foam pads.

The buttons? OMgosh, you are getting an absolute bargain when you buy buttons by the bag from any scrapbook retailer. I bought several buttons, maybe about 10, the other day from the little wool shop in town cost me £1.75!!

Despite me having loads of buttons at home, sods law would have it that I didnt have any blue or Navy.

Ribbons (apart from the checked one which was a RAK) are all from Scrapajack.

This is a belated birthday present for my sister.

Off to get GCSE results now, ttfn x
