I was going upload some pics of my scraproom when it was first done and some 'now' pics, as in look at this mess, but I havent got around to doing it.
Not feeling particularly jolly today, Im tired!
For the last 4 or 5 days Ive been waking up in the night, I mean wide awake and not getting back off to sleep til about 3am.
Its driving me crazy!! Doesnt help that hubby keeps snoring either!
So Im not sure if its the jet lag catching up with me or what.
The first night it happened, I got up at 1am and had several cups of tea, browsed the net and finally went back to bed at 3am.
Last night, I went to bed at 10pm, read until 11pm then settled down to sleep only to be awake again at 12am. I was determined NOT to get up though, so I turned the lamp on and read a few more pages of my book...nope that didnt work either, I ended up tossing and turning for hours.
Consequently, I cant get up when the alarm goes off in the morning as Im so tired.
BUT its a catch 22, as now Im getting anxious about waking up and not being able to sleep, which isnt helping matters at all.
Anyone have any remedies?
Hubby snoring..mmm that sounds familiar.

ReplyDeleteLOL @ Sally........sounds like a plan! How about trying some Kalms Jackie? My son (16) was going through a phase of not being able to get to sleep at night and he tried them for a couple of weeks and was fine. Worth a try.....like you say, it just gets to be a habit that you must break somehow.
