Firstly, thanks for all your kind messages regarding my little grandson, hes been better the last couple of days, so fingers crossed it continues.
Well we are back from 2 days at the Stitches Trade Show and are both absolutely wacked, but had a blast, as usual.
Met up with some Mad people (Hi Carole LOL) and a few not so mad. Saw Linz, Chrissie, Deb s, Sian, Lynne and the lovely Vanessa. Great to catch up with you guys, seems like ages.
We also managed to pre-book a couple of the workshops which were fun.
Our fave tho had to be the Bazzill Workshop. We had the lovely and 'awesome' Heidi Lynn Schreiber show us a few card techniques using some of the fab bazzill products.
Her scrap pages and cards were really lovely, not to mention her albums. Talk about inspired, wish I had that girls talent...and what a personality, shes just so cute and bubbly, she totally rocks!
Deb was lucky enough to win one of Heidis draws and won the most fantastic album kit. Heidi even inluded all the products shed used on her own album, it was a bumper kit packed with stuff, how generous is that.
Anyway, we then got chatting about this and that, as you do...Heidi was admiring my new bag and saying what a cool/cute bag it was and how the pattern would make fab scrapping paper.
So what did I do? on the spur of the moment, I took out my purse, phone and business cards and gave it to her as a gift, crazy I know, Im normally so possesive about my bags LOL but its not like it cost the earth and she loved it.
Heidi, thanks for the fabby workshop and the long chat/laugh after, we had a blast!
Have a great time in London, enjoy Mary Poppins and have a safe trip home x
